This 3-disc boxset includes the six-part Jon Pertwee story Invasion of the Dinosaurs and the four-part Tom Baker story The Android Invasion.  Featuring Part One in restored colour for the first time Invasion of the Dinosaurs sees the Doctor and Sarah Jane returning to London, to find a city almost completely devoid of life. The civilian population has been evacuated in the wake of an unimaginable event: somehow, dinosaurs have returned to terrorise the Earth.... In The Android Invasion, the TARDIS lands in a sleepy English village, where it appears the Doctor and Sarah Jane are home at last. But all is not as it seems in rural paradise. White-suited, gun-wielding guards stalk the countryside, while the village itself is eerily deserted. As the Doctor and Sarah look on, a UNIT member leaps over a cliff to his death and, as the clock strikes twelve, the local pub is suddenly filled with strange robotic villagers. The UNIT member is amongst them, very much alive. The Doctor soon discovers the invasion of Earth has already begun, and if he doesn’t stop it mankind will be utterly wiped out...  Special Features include Audio Commentaries and Making Of Documentaries.
